I am always asking the why in life, look for cowinky dinks and so on. So remember how we had off here for cold weather for 2 days....negative windchill...the entire time I watched the sump pump (make sure drain line doesnt freeze) make sure house next door pipe's do not freeze...no problems..
Today I went to let neighbors dog out...usually while she is out I refill water bowl, feed the dog and cat etc...so put dog bowl in sink, turn the water on and go to feed the cat..come back and water is off...thinking I had not turned it on..I go to turn it on..uhhhhhhh...its on...frantically turn on all the water..nada...frozen pipes...
So begins the adventure, found at 4:30 pm, still frozen at 10 pm when cop who lives there tried them...so will try again in morning, but I have testing in the morning (more in a minute) so our dear friend Dewey is going to bring over a Hog Heater to put under there if still not working..I just pray that it is just frozen, not like last time where it froze then blew 3 pipes....(Neighbor has cranked heat in house, and under the house is shut up tighter than fort knox so cross fingers)
So what I have found to be a common link...other than my January's the last few years have been nuts...we do this school wide (K-3) testing called DIBELS every January...last year was on leave of absence during it, but to went in and still administered the testing as we were short anyhow because of me...tomorrow is DIBELS...unlike Blagojevich I will present this evidence (that it is jinxing me) to the boss..(I am so sick of Blagojevich right now...impeach impeach impeach) Ok off to shower (we still have water) and to bed...Catch you later...
