(Warning long post as I am catching up)

I am coming to you via my own personal computer, and the best part is I DID IT ALL BY MYSELF...well had some help from this article But praise the lord I am no longer using the work laptop! It served its purpose don't get me wrong...but I missed mine....now must remember to back up regularly just in case...

So while it took most of the day, as I found the above link about 5 hours(and 10 days) into the repair, and whew....little things make me so happy!

My lil sister and family brought their new dog Cerberus(yes from Greek Mythology) and he was the light of Carlton's eye (as you can see..)

The oldest and the youngest: My older sister's Zach (13) and my lil sister's Mikayla (1 yr + 5 days)

Mikayla and Carlton, she loved going over there and feeding him treats and "talking" to him

Lil Sister and Hubby say their kids have to go through detox when they go home, as they want to be rocked to sleep, and they are believers of the let them cry ..nope not Auntie Leea, never have never will!

Our Neighbor and Friend Dewey (his family has farmed for us 40 years now) and Macaroni

Ok there you have the pictures..now I have my computer back (woohoo!) I can get back to the to do list..but this chore is checked off...No Big Plans tonight, had to get mom to eat something, still fighting that battle. I hope in the New Year, she realizes that eating more than a few bites each meal is required to keep her healthy. I also hope that some of her bad habits (smoking, etc) go away as they also are part and parcel of her health problems. Maybe she will realize all I want is to have 1 parent alive and healthy...is that too much to ask! Better run and play with Carlton, But Best Wishes to all for A Very Happy New Year!
