Manic Monday

I made a decision to use my Cosmo Cricket TSV from QVC for the solider cards, made 10 then......deep breath, the plumber came to disconnect the old stove, had to clean under said stove has its been ummm 9 years (seriously) since it had been cleaned under there...then the new stove and dishwasher came ..stove in, dishwasher sits in the midst of the dining room until plumber can fit us in...(thank God old one still is clinging) then in the midst of this the satellite guy could fit in the replacement of one of our receivers (Dish called Saturday to say they wouldn't work after Sept 17 08..ummm..its October) so of course its me we are dealing with, he arrived in the midst of the plumber hooking up the new stove...the dog going bonkers with all these people in his house...and he can't seem to get it to work(so the story of my life) so after 3 hours of updating he had to leave...and it still is not working right....2 calls to Dish and while the 1st one was great, the next one was to someone who told me to do things I have already done (she told me she had to read the manual) ...sigh I long for the days, when you go to a store, or call a company you get someone who a) knows what they are selling/doing b) doesn't treat you like you are a moron c) did I mention know what they are doing...so in the end spotty service and in the stop sign on blacktop no tv stations in our back yard so missed most of Jon & Kate......and in the midst of it all UPS brought my Big Kick and it sits in the box still...no time to play with it...and at the end of the day still not done with the cards...I so need Time Management courses or more hours in my days....back to work tomorrow...Hopefully the start of Accelerated Reader...but today was the first day I started to feel better so didn't work on any stuff for work the entire time was off for the tooth ....Back at it tomorrow...Catch you later..end of vent ;)
